July 13-16 - Camp Cupcake

  • Morning camp, 9am-12:30pm, ages 7-11. Join Certified Pastry Chef Marion Ferrer for a fun-filled, FOUR day baking camp. Young bakers will learn the art of decorating cupcakes with fun and whimsy using candies, sprinkles, and edible glitter, combined with frosting techniques to create fanciful cupcakes limited only by their unique imaginations.

  • Afternoon camp, 2-5:30pm, ages 12-18. Join award-winning, Certified Pastry Chef Marion Ferrer for a fun-filled, FOUR DAY baking camp. Bakers will learn the art of advanced decorating techniques to decorate cupcakes with fun and whimsy using candies, sprinkles, and edible glitter, combined with frosting techniques to create beautiful, humorous and outrageous cupcakes limited only by their unique imaginations. Your teens will be proud to bring home and share their creations. These classes teach much more than baking. Along the way, teens will learn teamwork,mutual respect, courtesy, self-expression and even practical math and science skills through hands-on learning. My goal is that every student leaves this camp feeling seen, encouraged, empowered, and proud of what they have accomplished.

July 27-30 - Dessert Soirée Camp

  • An immersive baking camp experience - culminating with an evening dessert party on Thursday for parents and caregivers.
  • 10am-2pm, ages 14-18. (Thursday evening kids come back from 5-8pm to set up and host the party!)

Campers will bake and design a dessert sampler to serve to their friends and family on the last day of camp. Campers will use all of their creativity, charm, charisma and hospitality to showcase their new-found talents to their friends and family. Four days of baking and preparing culminate in a fancy, candlelit dessert party for campers and their guests.

  • Campers who choose this camp should be ambitious, and ready to present and perform!
  • Dessert and refreshments included.

August 24-27 The Great Dessert Showdown

  • Campers pair off into three groups for a competition to design and create their own dessert for a panel of local Chefs and entrepreneurs. Each team competes to receive the coveted “Golden Whisk” award on Thursday evening. Each camper receives two FREE tickets for their parents or caregivers to attend this live event!

  • Ages 12-18 Monday through Thursday- 10 am-2pm Friday party- 3pm-7pm Competition at 5:30 pm
